How Mike Hitchen motivates himself
I used to motivate myself by imaging that someone was "pushing" me. Of course, this person was not only female, but also very attractive. Some times I would smack myself on the bum, (acting as a sort of proxy but with nowhere near the same sense of satisfaction!) and chide myself. The trouble with the checks is that they only show up offences, they won't show up what they get away with.
I stay well clear of any females who take the side of a sexual pervert's posts and discuss safety of children - when they back a website whose host (with depraved sexual tastes) tries to ruin two innocent peoples lives.
