I once appointed someone to a position who had been doing a job 4 years. The person who lost out, had been doing a similar job for 35 years. He complained to me that he had "35 years experience". So what! It means bugger all to me.
As with many who makes such a boast, he was also stuck in the same mindset as when he started. Whenever new methods were put in place, his response was nearly always "I have been doing this job 35 years".
Eventually he came under my authority, so I gave him all the crap jobs to do and included him in the heavy lifting duites, (he was 62 and kept complaining he was ill, though wouldn't submit to an examination, and the lifting was never more than the legal 16 kilograms anyway). Eventually, for some strange reason, he decided it was time to grow tomatoes. Don't know why - he always wanted to stay till he was 65. Funny how some people change their minds for no reason :)

Let's face it. He is unployable as his qualifications are just the equivalent to a school leaving certificate (NOTE his business shows NO qualifications at all) he is a spammer and a con man, his interest is only with people who could donate him money, and ideally like to talk dirty.
When they are of no further use to him he dumps them, bans them, deletes their posts then starts a vicious campaign against them made up of his own lies.
When asked for proof of his statements he simply refuses to give any!!
I think the reason he got rid of the poor guy was because he considered him a threat to his own job and he wanted to remain the all important bully boy that he was and thinks he still remains.

How many old boys like the chappy in this article stay in the same job for 35 years? He sounds like one of the good guys - yes, old-fashioned and set in his ways but proud of his commitment. And what a way to go after 35 years - because of Hitchen.
Notice how Hitchen doesn't say "Eventually he came to work for me" like any normal person would. Instead "Eventually he came under my authority".
He loves that word - it makes him feel powerful rather than the inadequate, insecure, weak and cowardly individual that he is.
